Phlox subulata 'Blue Emerald' (Creeping Phlox)

Low-growing variety of phlox that produces pale lavender-blue flowers in late spring.  Plants form mats of stems no taller than 6" and work well as ground cover or in rock gardens.  Prefers full sun exposure and tolerates a variety of soil conditions.  Pollinator friendly.
