Pepper - Pimento

This is an heirloom called Ashe County Pimento.  Revived by NC seed saver Rob Danford and sourced from Southern Exposure Seed Exchange. This is an incredibly sweet, bright red, thick-fleshed pimento pepper. Great raw, as well as for cooking, roasting, and canning.
