Citrus - Meyer Lemon

A great way to start your citrus collection!

Lemon plants do well indoors as long as they have full to partial sunlight. They enjoy a semi-moist environment and well-draining soil.

Lemonade Recipe: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 cup lemon juice, and 3-4 cups water to dilute. Make a simple syrup by heating the sugar and water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves completely. Squeeze 4-6 lemons to get 1 cup of juice. Add lemon juice and sugar water to pitcher. Add 3-4 cups water. Serve with ice and lemon slices.
