Fern - Osmunda claytoniana

A native fern that grows up to 3 feet with a spread of 3 feet. Prefers part to full shade in consistently moist, well-drained soil. Also commonly known as "interrupted fern" because of the gaps that appear in fronds when the spore-bearing leaflets fall off during the summer.
