Ceratostigma plumbaginoides (Plumbago)

Excellent ground cover that features deep blue blooms in late summer to early fall and attractive foliage.  Plants have a spread of 1 to 1.5 feet and reach a height of .75 feet to 1 foot.  Tolerates a variety of soil conditions; prefers full sun to part shade.
