Parsley - Petroselinum crispum var. neapolitanum (Flat Leaf Parsley)

A variety similar to the straight species but with flat leaves resembling those of cilantro (Coriandrum sativum), though larger, more triangular, meatier in texture and a darker green. Many cooks prefer it over curly parsley for its superior flavor (as it contains more essential oils).
