Cimicifuga racemosa 'Atropurpurea'


Shade-loving plant that prefers moist, rich soils. Can be slow to establish, but over time will reach 4 to 6 feet tall with 2 to 4 feet of spread. This cultivar has burgundy-tinted leaves with fragrant pink to white flower spikes that appear in late summer to early autumn.
