Salvia longispicata x farinacea 'Indigo Spires'

Sun to part shade. 3-4 ft. tall. Bushy, easy to grow. Produces profuse flowering spikes packed with indigo blue flowers on steel blue stems. Very attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies. Excellent for cutting. Drought tolerant. Deer and rabbit resistant. Used in containers and landscapes. Similar to Salvia 'Blue Bedder' and Salvia 'Victoria Blue' but taller and with longer bloom spikes.
